After training in New York City and participating in the New York Boy Choir, my son, AJ, was fortunate enough to begin training with Ingrid Schnell about two years ago. AJ has trained vocally for the last seven years in Florida, New York and California, as such; we have had the occasion to interact with many professionals. It is with this breadth of experience that we recognize Ingrid as a peerless educator and vocalist. Simply stated, Ingrid is an exceptional teacher with keen insights that allow her to be in tune with the unique needs of each of her students. I know this to be true because AJ is a bass who has found his unique adult voice under her expert direction. She has helped him recapture notes at the higher end of his range that began to slip away.
