  Great little neighborhood bar. Has a fantastic whisky selection. I own a little dive bar in San Antonio, and it reminded me of my place! Very comfortable place with two friendly bartenders behind the bar. Highly recommend if you just want a great spot to relax and have a few drinks!

  I've been looking for a great dive bar that is just that, a dive bar. This is it, a great place to unwind, listen to music, meet new people and enjoy some inexpensive pours.
  
  I recommend Friday and Saturday for groups and if you just want to catch up on a book or chat with a buddy Mon-Thurs are good days. Definitely making this my new spot.

  The term "dive bar" can be used with positive and negative connotations. In this case, I say it positively. Low key, cheap drinks, no frills... Great place for a casual drink without hurting your wallet or needing to get all fancy.
  
  My only complaint is the weird volume modulation on the jukebox. Some songs were barely audible while others shook the walls.

(818) 557-0018. This is a great local bar. Great bartender that serves great strong drinks at a good price. The environment is a typical dive bar, with a great selection of Irish whiskey. When my friends and I met up at the Snug, we gave each other hugs.
