“Yesterday was my first visit to Vargo. I was referred there after having had a negative experience with another unrelated therapy center. I had a partial knee replacement and require therapy to regain mobility in my leg. During my session I was impressed by the staff members who assisted me. I received detailed explanations as why I am experiencing pain, my questions were answered, the treatment and exercises I was shown actually alleviated the pain I am experiencing. “I had surgery about 3 weeks ago, breaking my distal radius after surgery my Dr. referred me to Artistic Advantage. I had a plate and approx. 8 pins inserted to stabilize my wrist. It was very painful and I was looking forward to starting PT. Honestly, I wasn't sure how long i would be able to make the twice a week trips from Sherman Oaks to Burbank, but after my first visit it is well worth the drive! Their technique and devices are unique and simply astounding. I have been seeing Bianca who was trained by Martha, her attention to detail and knowledge is impressive. “Top notch customer service! When my mom got to the point where she couldn't stand up on her own, We ordered a cheap lift chair from Amazon. It was the wrong size. It didn't lay all the way down. It just didn't do the job. Then after all that hassle of shipping it back, I visited Electropeadic Bed/the Kraus Chair Store to get her a lift chair. Antoinette was wonderful and helped me pick the right one. They even delivered a loner until our special order chair was delivered. Unfortunately, before the final delivery my mom took a turn for the worse and ended up in a nursing home. Antoinette processed the refund with no problem.
