“So this is the fourth time I have called for service from VP. I certainly wouldn't use them if they were bad. With that being said, I think they are outstanding. The prices are fair and the service is prompt. They have installed my dryer after telling me the old one wasn't worth fixing. They fixed my washer once and then when it broke again, they said buy a new one and they installed that. And today, when my heater no longer worked, they checked it and determined that it needed a new thermostat. The big thing was that they checked everything out and made sure it worked before they left. I would and have recommended them to friends. They can fix pretty much anything that breaks. :) I'm happy. Thanks a lot, guys.”

“I really feel for the people who lost their pets. We have cats and love them, it would be devastating to lose them. However, I have to say my experience with Get Ur Done has not been in any way indicative of the experience in other reviews. I uses Get Ur Done and they went out of their way to tell me they would not use poison because of my cats and a neighborhood cat who prowls the area. They were even careful to warn me about so-called pet safe poisons. As far as the work they have done, it is excellent. Our issues were bigger t than anticipated and required a few visits. Get Ur Done was always quick to respond to calls or texts, diligent to continue follow up, and never tried to upsell or charge me more than they quoted. Randy even suggested certain things I asked him to do were better done by our handyman or contractor for quality and price. In my experience, Get Ur Done is honest, diligent, and effective. I recommend them highly.”
