Serge our rep was extremely easy to deal with and handled all of my requests in a timely and thoughtful manner. Onsite pre-inspections were a breeze and informative. The company does a fantastic job in guiding you through the whole process and what to expect each step of the job. On site crews were extremely friendly and very professional. Each day they cleaned the area as if they weren't there the whole day. Each and every point of contact from the sales rep, project coordinator to the installers was fantastic. It truly is nice to see a company that takes pride in their people and it shows in how they interact with you. The quality of detail of the new roof installed was fantastic. The price of the work I had done was within reason and there were no surprises when I got the final bill. I would highly recommend Roof Repair Specialist's.”

She and the staff were so kind, and quick as humanly possible to resolve any and all issues I had. They made the transition WAY smoother than my previous home's staff. The property is GORGEOUS. A little slice of tranquility away from the busy streets of Burbank. I'm in love with my townhome here and I can't see myself moving away anytime soon. 5 stars!”

“I do not understand all these bad reviews. I had the Kobe beef burger when I passed through from Texas to California at the Burbank airport. This was the best burger I have ever had in my life and I’m 70 living in the foodie capital of Houston. I can’t get this burger anywhere else so I look forward to having it when I come through the Burbank airport. I sure wish they would build one here in Houston. The caramelized onions piled high with all the unique ingredients together made for a taste explosion in an extraordinary burger. Keep up the good work !!”
