Our bath tub upstairs overflow (don't ask how?) and Perez Restoration has brought our family back to normal. First, they were quick, took charge, went to work and not only clean & dry but inspect and recommend! He assured us that we will be OK! After seeing my neighbor went through mold issue inside the dry wall...I was terrified. But, Perez has the latest and greatest equipment and made sure that it will never happen to us. They were so careful, professional and reasonable. They explained what they were doing and why. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
