(November 30, 2018, 10:18 pm)This Carl's Jr. has been here in Carson for a pretty good while. I've always liked the charbroiled flavor from their burgers. I know with the increase of minimum wage and all, prices have also increased a whole lot more than I remember. I definitely get it. However, what needs to be understood even more so now, is that customers are definitely going to expect far better service, and most importantly, food quality. Last night I ordered a dbl western bacon cheeseburger combo, with a cheesecake slice. This came to $15.00! ..What I always do now, is to request that they "make it to order." This will ensure freshness all around. My burger buns, meat, criss-cut fries, and onion rings on the burger were all fresh, and not "stale," like in recent times. The last thing I want, is to lay out $15.00 for a burger and fries; Get home, and they're as hard as hell. I'm very pleased to say that last night, everything was refreshingly perfect! Including customer service..Good job guys!
