  We have had a child at Knowledge Beginnings for the last 7 years. We returned in July when the center re-opened. I have felt really comfortable with the protocols in place, and with the communication. My son is happy at drop off and pick up, which makes it so much easier for me. He is learning so much and making friends.

  A loving, nurturing environment for kids. Both of my children have been enrolled here since they were 4 months old. We had briefly left KB (when my oldest was an infant) to move to a daycare closer to home, but came back to KB after a few months. The staff here are wonderful and are like our extended family. Everyone knows our kids (and us!), and have navigated us through all of the challenges that come with parenting and life in general. I am eternally grateful to have this place and this community to support us in raising our children. Our kids learn and do so much here. The teachers and staff love our children and our children love them.

  I love my son’s daycare and he always seems genuinely happy when he arrives. We have been in the infant room full time since last year and it’s been a great experience. I love miss Jackie, miss Megan and miss Kelli. They truly know my son, and it shows when they share small observations when he’s with them. And he loves them too. I love the updates I get throughout the day with the app. As a first time mom, it’s been super helpful to ask questions about food, sleep, and overall how to make home and daycare consistent for his overall happiness. I’ve also been able to meet a few other moms and everyone is so friendly.

  My son and daughter are in both the Infant Program and the Discovery Preschool Program. I can't speak highly enough about the love they received from their teachers. They genuinely and absolutely LOVE the children in their class. My infant daughter expresses actual EXCITEMENT when she sees her teachers, and my son is constantly talking about his teachers at home! The environment at the center is so friendly and inviting, and the communication through the new app is so great; the teachers seem to be able to capture every awesome moment! I would absolutely recommend this center to anyone. Thank you Knowledge Beginnings for loving my kids SO much!!

  my experience has been amazing Megan is amazing with my son Chris she is constantly sending me updates and pictures of him throughout the day always lets me know any concerns or updates every day. Would recommend this place

  My first visit to see Dr. Chang was on the 9th of August and from the moment I walked into the office, the staff was excellent! I was greeted with smiles from everyone and a beautiful welcome to the office and given the paperwork to fill out. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions prior to seeing Dr. Chang. The medical assistants that attended to me were all extremely kind and polite and had beautiful attitudes and smiles. They were absolutely delightful. Incomes the incredible Dr. Joyce Chang and I say incredible because that's exactly what I felt. She's very lovely, warm, compassionate with a beautiful smile, great attitude and very receptive to partnering up with me in my medical care decisions. She spent time with me , listened to me and I felt very respected and very important and I knew that she was concerned about meeting all of my medical needs. Dr. Chang did not rush me at all but took the time to listen to me and that was a great feeling! She did not force a protocol on me but understood what I was looking for in a physician. She also understood that my goal was to get off of all medications and she was 100% in favor of that as well. She is a remarkable doctor and I am looking forward to partnering with her to manage my health care for many years to come! Thank you Dr. Chang! You are a breath of fresh air, you are delightful and you definitely CARE about your patients. I am extremely pleased and honored to be a new member of the family! It is refreshing to have such a warm and friendly staff in such a very clean clinical environment. THANK YOU! God bless you all!
