“Walked in was immediately greeted. I was told wait one moment until Anthony comes back to check me in. I was waiting about two minutes. In the meantime a customer cars was completed. Anthonio walks in and takes him. Doesn't matter who was waiting first. Anyhow, 1 hour and 45 minutes later after my appointment time for an oil change my car was ready. I saw my car being pulled out and parked so I go inside to pay. Lonnie hands me my keys and cash me out. Lonnie was extremely nice and helpful. Because of him I just might come back. I've been to many pep boys in the surrounding areas and afar only to be discouraged due to their customer service.”
