Farmers Insurance - Douglas Schouten

Working with the Schoutens during our first time homeowner process was truly a godsend. Buying a home is crazy stressful, and especially it being our first - it was hard to know who to go with for which services, and know that we could trust them with these big decisions. We were honestly shocked by how reasonable our insurance quotes were, and how easy it was to work with Douglas & JoAnna - they made the process clear, transparent, and easy for us, while providing us great homeowners insurance. It's a great feeling knowing you're working with a great insurance team, with a policy that covers your home (one of the biggest, if not biggest asset, we'll ever purchase). Joanna and Doug have been so helpful when it comes to understanding our insurance needs. As new homeowners and first time parents, we had so many questions. They were patient, responsive, and overall, honest. They were the first insurance agency that didn’t make us feel pressured into buying policies we didn’t need. Also, they even sent our one year old daughter a gift for being their youngest client with her insurance policy. Truly, they treated us like family and we will continue to use their agency for all of our insurance needs in the future.

Doug and Joanna are very helpful. It made my transition to a homeownership that much easier. When I really needed to understand more about home insurance they were very knowledgeable and available to help. It's nice to know that I can count on them with any question I may have in regards to my home insurance.
