  Crystal was really helpful with the switch from Verizon to Sprint. I didn’t know anything about switching carriers and she helped us out really well. Been with Verizon for as long I can remember, but the bill was getting out of hand and was costing us 300-350 for 3 lines. We got 4 lines with a tablet and pay less than that now. Took a little while but the conversations were really entertaining. Shoutout to the manager (Amber) as well. Just need to wait to see if there are charges that are coming this way.

  My wife and I stopped by today to upgrade our phones, and we were helped by Cynthia. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to make us feel like valued Sprint customers. She made the process easy!

  I've been to this Sprint store to upgrade my phone twice, had good experiences both times.
  My only issue, The staff member that helped me took the screen protector that came with my new S10 Plus off and sold me a different screen protector that peels up on the edges.
  She did sell me a Otterbox case and the bad screen protector for $14 discounted from $80 so I really feel it is a wash that I walked out with a new phone and traded in my old S9 Plus that had a case and new screen glass protector and didn't have to spend $80+ on new ones for my new phone.
  Also, I specifically told her that my micro SD card was encrypted and I needed it decrypted before the factory reset and she either didn't hear, listen, or forgot so I did lose 600 pics, docs, and 7 years of data on my SD card.
  So when upgrading your phones and trading them in, make sure you decrypt your SD cards and take them out prior to giving your phone to any staff member to avoid any issues and remember all new Samsung phones come with a screen protector so dont let them sell you one because they are plastic or vinyl and I dont think the new Samsungs can have glass screen protectors made by Zagg and tough shield.
  Sorry for the long post but I want everyone to know what issues i had so you can avoid them when you go it to get a new phone.
