“Had a great experience with this store. I had a warranty issue with another store, Sunglass Hut in the Citadel Outlets, where they didn't have my pair of sunglasses and was sent here as that was the only other location that had the model of sunglasses. I get there, try to do a swap for my glasses but then I was told I had to pay half of the item price. I told the associate that I had reported the issue at the Citadel Sunglass Hut within 90 days and they told me they'd call back to let me know when they're back in stock. They never did and I had to do all the following up. The associate followed up with her manager Zack (Zach) and he worked with me. I came in to the store a week later and he did a straight swap on the glasses! He did his due diligence, looked into the issue, saw that the other store did not keep any logs of customer visits (even though they're supposed to) and made this right for me. I was ready to call it quits on Sunglass Huts altogether. I've bought at least 7 pairs of sunglasses through them and intend to keep buying more. However, Zack (Zach) kept me as a customer and did right by me. I'll keep going to the Apex location in Cerritos as they're definitely on top of their game.”
