  Bought panel track for my living room and my wife was happy how good it looked. Especially in the morning, it glows beautifully. I also got some advice from the customer support team of which blinds or shades I should add to my patio door and they even gave me a discount since there was sale going on.

  I ordered two shades for our bedroom, one very long, 81", one much shorter. I was unhappy with the sewing on the long one as there were two areas where there were noticable wrinkles and the stitching wasn't quite straight. I took a picture of it and was contacted immediately, saying a new shade would be made and would be shipped shortly. Sure enough, new shade comes, and it's perfect. I take the old one down with no trouble and put up the new, but neglecting to read the instructions about where the chain should be. Oh, oh. As I go to take the shade down to correct the chain problem, the chain comes apart and I can't get the shade out. I must have emailed Chicology three or four times to see what I was doing wrong. I'm sure they have never had someone who was as incompetent as I am, but they very politely kept trying to guide me, even saying at one point maybe they'd have to send me another! Back and forth for days, and finally I asked a neighbor to help. He went right up to the shade to grab it so we could wrestle the valance off the wall and immediately the shade came off in his hands! Joy! I fixed the chain easily, and I am thrilled. The shade is great, and this company is great. I would definitely order from them again.

  I purchased the Chicology sliding panels for my patio sliding doors from the Home Depot online. They arrived sooner than expected. They were a very easy to assemble and hang. They look great on my doors! I would deffinately buy them again.
