Great place wear I get most of my parts

Great place to get parts for older vehicles because other places seem to not carry them.

This Napa is the greatest parts store I have ever been to. And I’ve been to every one of the major chains in three different states. So that’s saying something. It’s small but the associates are great. Brandon is by far the most helpful, kind and courteous person I have come across in a retail setting. Treated me like a friend that he’s known for years. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Got my parts to me the same day! (older truck, unique parts). He should been training all the employees on how to interact with customers, and/or made a manager. He’s got it figured out. I will shop no where else BECAUSE of Brandon. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Prices are kind of high but they are friendly and quick to fill orders on flooring

I can't say enough about my new hardwood floors! I love them! I found this company, Urban Floor, online and was impressed with the website, so I called to inquire additional information about their Chene Collection.

I spoke to a girl named Yvette and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me narrow down my selection to 2 colors. She mailed me samples directly to my home and I fell in love with it more!!

We chose Chene Lambrusco! From the beginning to the end, the whole process smooth, quick and easy!

Great quality floors for the cost, service is good and most important the material has always been in stock for us.

We just finished our beach house in Malibu and when looking for hardwood floors our contractor referred us to Urban Floors website. We found this beautiful Villa Caprisi. We have gotten so much positive feedback on our floors. I never would have expected that our floors would be one of the showcases of our new home.
