Chili's Grill & Bar - Patio Open for Dine-in

Went in on New Year's Day around 6 p.m. it wasn't busy but seemed short staffed because there was a lot of hurry up and wait. Even though that seemed the case we sat at the bar and was given menus and our drink order was taken. The bartender, I think her name was Michelle, informed us that if we were ordering food it may take longer than usual because the kitchen was backed up. We ordered anyway because we were not in a hurry. Our food didn't seem to take long, but I think it was because we were told in advance that it may take long, so I appreciate that. Food tasted great and the service was great too considering she seemed to be the only bartender taking care of the lounge area. Thank you for keeping your customers informed and a priority.

Our Waiter Was Awesome, Food Was Very Good, The Chicken Enchilada Soup A+. Margarita Chicken Was Top Notch, My Wife Had Chicken Ranch Quesadilla Very Very Good.

The service was very nice, food was tasty and served fast and tasted good. Our server maya and she was great.

I had the traditional buffalo wings and they were crunchy and delicious. I then followed with my friends chips and salsa, which was surprisingly good, lots of flavor. I also ordered the southern smokehouse burger and it was amazing, the bacon was stacked on, the burger was perfect and juicy, well seasoned. The staff was great, lots of refills and friendly. I should have tried dessert.
