(December 16, 2017, 11:03 am)This place is kept very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My sister-in-law is here and the only downfall is it's a drive for us. Thousand times better than the other place she was in.

My sister has been here for 7 months and loves it.
She is really into Christmas and El Encanto had beautiful decorations everywhere. They even had a Santa bring each resident a present. They also participated in decorated the tree.
This is the ONLY place my sister has been happy with, so I gladly make the longer drive to visit her. It is so worth it to see her happy.
