  Saying that I am disgusted with car dealerships is a huge understatement; and so is everyone i know. Buying or leasing a car should be fun, not the disrespectful and deceitful torture spectacle most dealerships put you through.
  I walked in this dealership expecting more of the same but was VERY pleasantly surprised. Maroun Estephan was exceptional in guiding us through the lease process and helping me find a beautiful Alfa Romeo Giulia that i eventually drove away.
  Of course we did the usual "offer - counter offer" dance which is expected; but the whole process was fair, fun, and most importantly, very respectful. Even the showroom owner was humble enough to come and personally help close the deal.
  Maroun, Vin, Joanne, Richard and everyone else in the dealership were extremely professional and helpful.
  I don't know why most car dealership still think the "snake oil salesmen" persona is good for business. These guys have figured out the right way to do it!

  Besides the cars being top notch, the service department is a class act and second to none... Paul spends quality time with everyone answering any question you need information about and gets to know you on a personal level making you feel that you are important and not just a number. Thank you Paul ... Roger Miller customer for life.

  I purchased my Fiat 500L Lounge last year around June 2014. I had checked out Champion Fiat in Downey and was not impressed with their customer service; too bad because I was ready to buy that day. I also received a few calls from Walters after putting in my info for Edmunds, but found them too pushy.
  
  I returned 3 times to Puente Fiat to check out and test drive the 500L, and there was no "Hard Sell" by this outfit. Very laid back and Professional. I talked with Ernesto several times and Ricky and Abraham in Service. I got a Great Deal, Service and was Extremely satisfied with my purchase. This car has not let me down and I now have 7200 miles on it without issues. I also have the DDCT automatic and have NOT experienced any issues with it.
  
  Time for the Airbag recall (not the Takata airbag issue); handled in less then 45 minutes along with a few factory updates, and I got a carwash as well. The Service Manager, Abraham, is very Professional and on top of everything. He has been mentioned quite positively on several Fiat 500L Forums. Miguel is the Parts Managers and he has been helpful to me as well matching online parts quotes prices. I mention names because it's a people business, and these folks make things happen, and need to be recognized.
  
  I waited to post a review just to see how my car would work out, and what responses to any needs I may have, would be forthcoming. Puente Fiat has delivered. I don't know these people from Adam, but I feel like I do when I stop in there. Small Studio but so what! They deliver on all ends and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
  
  *An addendum to this post and response by Puente Maserati concerning it; Fiat closed this Studio and now I no longer have this as a choice for service. I was told this over the phone by a different service manager.
