Pretty good service. Broth is pretty good.

This is a very popular Taiwanese style self-served hotpot bowl restaurant. They are newly opened and it’s super clean! The style here is to select your own ingredients, and the kitchen cook/boil your food for you. The ingredients are charged by weight, and the ordering process gets super easy n’ quick. I got a huge bowl of one-person hotpot bowl. The portion is good, the service is good, and the special soup base taste awesome. Owner and servers are incredibly nice, they keep serving lemon ice water. Try the Chinese version FANTA called “Bei Bing Yang” Soda while you have the warm N tasty bowl. My friend and I had a great time here.

Hot Pot style while they cook for you in the back. You grab a clean bowl and start getting the ingredient from self-serve bar; then get weighted at the cashier.

As broth option: Tomato or Beef (Tonkotsu style) bowl of hot soup will bring to the table in about 10 min with all cooked ingredients; and pair with a fair selection from sauces bar.

I have good experience of this newly open restaurant; and looking forward to try out different broth.

If you are craving for hotpot and don't want spend too much of the time; this is the place.
