  Great family owned jewelry store! I can highly recommend purchasing from Golden Gem. I was personally helped by Belinda as well as Jennifer and they both do an excellent job. Belinda helped me select a great diamond that fit my budget to pair with the setting I had chosen. She had great suggestions on how to customize the setting to fit the diamond I picked and the end product is gorgeous! Being a first time ring buyer, I was nervous but Belinda was able to walk me through the whole process until I picked up the ring. They will work with you to get the most beautiful product within your budget. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the Los Angeles area looking for an engagement ring or any other type of customized jewelry!

  Prior to visiting Golden Gem Jewelry, we actually visited another well-known jewelry store (one that you hear/see the commercial for all the time on the TV….) but had a terrible experience there, especially compared to the experience we had here at Golden Gem Jewelry. From the get-go, Jennifer and Belinda were absolutely phenomenal. They took their time explaining the different characteristics of a diamond, settings, etc. I was overwhelmed by the amount of choices that had to be made but Belinda and Jennifer were so helpful in narrowing it down to the perfect ring. Once it came down to the final selections, there was no pressure to buy anything that day but my fiancé and I knew that we were coming back because there was no other place we wanted to get our rings. The second time we visited we even brought along my mom and my grandma who bought some jewelry for themselves as well!

  I've been going to Jenny for almost 30 years. She is honest and takes very well care of her customers. She takes the time to listen to what you want. The staff is Amazing and Family owned. Wouldn't go anywhere but to her. Thank you.
