  Service department is amazing. Christina is a phenomenal human being. Very understanding and informative; I truly believe her super power is helpfulness. Thanks Claremont Hyundai for continuing the fantastic customer service I have gotten from every Hyundai dealership I've been to.

  I bought a car here a few weeks ago and no complaints for the car. There's a few dings and some fender body work that was not disclosed to me, but I find that acceptable for a 3 year old "renter" car with 2 previous owners. The sales staff is very professional and transparent. George, a salesman, is a gem. The finance staff member was less so. I spent a lot more time here than I wanted to, considering 70% of the time was spent waiting around after I had agreed on the price and was ready to pay in full.
  
  For buyers: shop around online for the car you want. If this place is listing the ad, you will likely have a pleasant experience buying your car here. They are trustworthy people.
  
  Constructive criticism for the dealer: Train and equip your salesmen to handle the transaction from the test drive to the new owner leaving the lot. That's what CarMax and Lexus dealerships do (the ones I've been to) and it really works. It makes the customer feel like they're not being passed around the office just so everyone can get paid. I understand the "lean six sigma" approach for efficient use of employee resources, but most people don't like to ride the assembly line. I think it would make for easier sales if the customer kept that connection with someone the entire time.
