When my daughter was born she was born into a family of two teen parents who’s relationship was rocky and bending late senior year of high school , something like fighting for equal custody and time with my daughter was something I didn’t think and was hoping wasn’t necessary but when that painful decision had to be made my parents and I found Christine Thielo. From the very start of this lengthy experience of court days and heartache Christine was there during every step of the way giving us her family court knowledge and guidance from showing me what to expect when I first started asking for time to see my daughter, what the hours and days might look like to the point where I was able to see my daughter half the week and have nights where she would stay over at my house. Christine has been committed to my struggles and would do all in her power to win me equal physical and legal custody over my soon to be 3 year old daughter. In the court room Christine would fight for what I would ask for and negotiate the best outcome for me if negotiations were possible to avoid a costly court session and if no reasonable negotiation could come through then Christine would take it upon the judge and make a case for us. Christine would also help us find ways to cut the costs which we greatly appreciated but ultimately what I’m thankful for is her professionalism, kindness, and determination. For now I have equal legal and physical custody. It was a bit of a lengthy battle but we appreciate what you did for us Christine and thank you very much for representing me.
