(November 22, 2018, 2:01 pm)Beautiful hiking and great workout for the whole family. Start early before it gets to hot. Water, hats and sun block recommend. It's five miles from start to finish. Walking will take you 1.5 hours at a steady pace. lots of wildlife to be seen. Deer's, Coyotes and yes Mountain lions. Just sit awhile and enjoy the the beauty of our foothills.

(July 15, 2018, 4:21 pm)Great hike! Only did half the loop and turned around, but it was a good time. Trails are well-maintained and wide enough for others to pass. Love the water bottle friendly fountains in the parking lot. The lot, BTW, is clean and well paved. Definitely worth the couple of bucks to park and use the trails.

(July 3, 2018, 6:20 pm)Claremont Hills Wilderness Park is a great place to hike for those who like light to moderate trails. The place is well maintained and have toilet cabins located in multiple areas of the trail. We started our hike early, 6:30 am, which in the summer is great because the fog is just settling on the sierra mountain floor creating beautiful shadows when the sun hits the horizon. There were still a lot of beautiful wild flowers in bloom at the time. Being that the trail is light to moderate, you can definitely bring your kids and pets. It's a place that everyone will definitely enjoy.
