  Customer service, clean well maintained hotel. I won’t stay anywhere else when visiting LA!.
  Albert (front desk) always displays a positive attitude even when I fail to reserve a room in advance.

  The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The rooms were very cute and clean. Overall it was a great stay.

  I stayed at this hotel a couple weeks ago after taking a trip with my friend and the overall stay was great and a lot of that had to do with the great service we received from one of the front desk workers, Gilbert. The first night we had issues with out hot water and he had to problem switching our room out for another one and we had another issue where the people next to our room were being so loud that we had to make a noise complaint and he took care of that as well. We were there for 4 days and every time I saw him he always had a smile on his face and was working hard since at the time there were a lot of tourist buses coming through. This hotel offered breakfast and parking included and it was right off the highway so no problems getting back or going somewhere. Room could have been a tad bit cleaner since I found hair in the bathroom and gunk under the bed but I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling in the area.
