Few and far between are companies with this level of customer service, professionalism, knowledge, competence, courtesy and just plain old human kindness! Even though I am a residential customer, not a builder, etc., I was able to speak to helpful, experienced and responsible people each and every time I called, resulting in an immediate solution for problems our contractors created for us! The folks at Pioneer stood behind their products -- even when they were damaged by someone else! And, the products themselves (Pioneer ESTATE Series) are GORGEOUS, high quality, impressively packaged with a beautiful, striking presentation! This place has restored my faith in California businesses and I wish them success and prosperity for many years to come! I truly cannot thank them enough! SEAN and DORA -- THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
