(October 29, 2020, 5:55 pm)I first experienced a Makymo Chinchilla blanket in May - a family member had purchased one, and I quickly fell head over heels in love. I bought one a few weeks later, and then purchased a bed-size comforter because we love it so much. The chinchilla is so soft I initially thought it was real! Thick pile and - MACHINE WASHABLE! So, amazing product.
The customer service is also top notch - When I ordered my comforter I missed a discount code and after reaching out to customer service they credited me for the additional discount, both responding to my email and calling me personally. I will be ordering more from them in the future for sure! -
