(November 11, 2018, 4:45 pm)Called a few places and finally got someone polite and competent. He seemed to understand what I was saying and gave me a very reasonable price. When I got there I showed him a video to which he responded "That's what I thought, this is pretty common". He welded it up in no time and charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. The weld was nicely done too.
