Dearly love Dr Randolph Betts, & have had him as our family doctor for a 30 years, possibly more! He cared for my mom until she passed. He helped my husband through his heart attack. He looked me in the eyes & said "I will be here as long as you need me". Unfortunately today I was informed of his retirement, and I'm HEARTBROKEN!😞 Feeling extremely sad!
Randolph Betts and Jennifer have been my PCP since 2013 and they've been one of the best Doctors I've had. I always request his daughter Jennifer Betts NP because she does an excellent job at getting to the root of my issues. Yes, she can be blunt BUT she means well and she show's you that by investing her time and effort to get you well. She listens to your concerns and makes sure that she takes care of all the issues you have.
Dr Betts and Jennifer Betts NP enjoy taking care of their patients and work hard to improving and managing every patient’s chronic illnesses. You will not find any better and more friendly community clinic. Dr Betts and his staff are constantly committed everyday to addressing the needs and medical concerns of the local Covina community and surrounding cities. Unlike any other clinic in this community, you’ll be treated as family in this clinic and truly be listened to. I trust in Dr Betts and Jennifer Betts NP with my personal medical health as well as the health of my family.
The couple of times I’ve been here I only waited between 10-15 min depending of how many people are before me. Dr. Randolph Betts is very nice and the best family doctor I ve had. He is very attentive of my kids and myself. I totally recommend him. There was a time that I was attended by Jennifer, she is as sweet as Dr. Betts. She treats you with respect, and is attentive about your health. She might not have the same experience as Dr. Betts, but for me she was very attentive on the day of my visit.
