All the people there are excellent... but it's a nightmare trying to call to ask for a part. As a large corporation , you will expect they would hire some extra people. Willie is one of the best customer service people ever. But don't ever try to call, its impossible. Not because of the workers, but lack of help. Do you realize some people are in a hurry, and will shop elsewhere until someone answers the phone?
