Amazing experience to work at Coldwell Banker Town and Country! Nice environment, great Management team, Norm, Paul, Drake and Lance are by far the most sincere and diligent brokers. At Coldwell Banker Town and Country there is always something new to achieve. Management is very thorough , very knowledgeable and have an excellent training. Realtors are very friendly and supportive. We have in-house Escrow which is very convenient and our Escrow officer is very knowledgeable and have great communication skills. I have been working for the same company and broker for the last 15 years.
