My wife went there today to renew her license and get the real ID card. She was helped by the security guard Helen Martinez to get through the maze of DMV procedures. She also helped my wife in getting called again to the cashier window because we missed the first call of her number. The guy from window 10 by the name of Rod Gutierrez was very helpful in processing my wife's documentation.
