(May 15, 2018, 11:59 am)My favorite place to practice. The feeling in the room wraps you in comfort while you get in those odd Ashtanga poses we love so much. Jorgen is an incredible teacher and you feel safe when he adjusts. It's really special here.

(May 10, 2018, 8:12 pm)Plenty of street parking, and there is a parking lot behind the shala. I've never had issues with parking. There is a working bathroom, and a couple changing rooms. They usually have a person at the front desk to check you in and help with any payments, packages, questions, etc. There are mats that can be borrowed if you don't have one, or forget yours. There are blocks and props to use as needed. The practice room itself is gorgeous. Natural sunlight to keep the energy bright. Wood floors, high ceilings, and no mirrors, yay! The teachers are kind, patient, and extremely knowledgable and generous with sharing their time and knowledge. Saturdays after led there is a short conference and a free chanting session. A nice bonus! Omkar108 is for all levels. Whether you have never stepped foot on a yoga mat, or you've been practicing for decades, you will find a home here. Come!

(October 21, 2017, 11:31 am)This studio is a true gem. The instructors are authentic in yoga and create a feel of community by celebrating holidays and having community events like movie nights. The kids yoga class is one the children can really pick up yoga lessons that could last a lifetime.

(September 17, 2017, 1:55 pm)I have been responsible for taking a group of 5-6 kids to the children's yoga class at Omkar108 on Wednesdays for over a year now. I believe It's the perfect after school activity, as it helps compose the children from their long days, while learning patience, and gaining strength. Above all, Omkar108 is just an awesome place. Great environment, wonderful instructors!
