  It's our third year here in the Meadows, everything just great and awesome! even ES Ring the management company really they work so hard to keep the Meadows better and better! there only one thing frustrated me for one time! but it wasn't something to mention here!
  I wish if they low renting price just a little bit, specially we are facing a renovation here during we are living! please put it in your consideration, ES Ring.

  I lived at the Meadows for around 6 years from 2009 till 2015 I think. I had to move out for personal reasons but I never enjoyed any place or any community the way I enjoyed living at the Meadows. That's why after three years I am coming back next month to live there again . I love this place and I appreciate very much the staff's professionalism and nice attitude.

  I'm living here for half a year now and really enjoy being here. This is a good community. It has a lot of trees, you will feel like living in the forest. Trees help to bring the temperature down and give you fresh air. There are two swimming pool and three hot spa (jacuzzi) you can access for free. Renting fee is a little bit high but still lower than others in the area. Each apt only have one parking spot and you have to pay $75 for another. Staffs are friendly and helpful. To me, its worth the money.

  I loved this place. Its beautiful. There were some theft reports here and there but I didn't experience them personally. Staff were courteous to me. Unfortunately in 6 months, I had to break lease because of my company split and relocation and move to Bay Area. I had to pay 1 month penalty but when I moved to Bay Area, I was pleasantly surprised that Meadows had returned back majority of my penalty back because they found someone else in my apt. That is so so honest of them. My strongest recommendations to this apt.
