Delicious Italian food with some unique flavours. Nice outdoor patio with heat lamps that turn on automatically. Good professional service. I had the burrata appetizer and the lasagna entree and both were fantastic. The tomato sauce reminded me of my mom's homemade tomato sauce made from fresh tomatoes, robust and delicious.
Delicious Italian foods with complex flavors. Excellent, professional service. Convenient to downtown Culver City parking.
The pizza was great! After we returned one item they replaced it with a phenomenal dish and a desert. Great experience.
Just off of Culver Blvd is a gem of an Italian eatery that's worth checking out.
Caviar/Dashpass had a 25% off deal for pizza this week, so I took advantage of it by trying Carasau. Let's dive in.
Location
Just past the shut-down Arclight theater, near the Culver Steps, this feels like a little secret, but I can't keep my mouth shut. Seems like a good place for a date.
Staff
Efficient. Didn't say much to me when I picked up my food, but what more could they say?
Food
I ordered the meat lover's pizza. The meats were pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon. The meats were great and plentiful - enough for Arby's to be jealous. The one disappointment though was that there wasn't much bacon and I wish it were crispy rather than floppy. Would have been a nice texture to add to each slice. Otherwise, the flavors were great, and the thin crust made it easy to eat multiple slices. As a New Yorker, I can say that this is one of the better pizzas in LA.
Value
Pizza in my hometown is starting to creep to $30 for a thicker crust, so I suppose this is a reasonable deal. Pizza economy is confusing.
Will I return?
I'd like to. I'm sure the other food in their menu is great. Next time I'd consider dining in rather than getting pick-up.

Sardinian Cuisine at its finest!
Appetizers were wonderful and the entrées were great as well! Patio is cozy and just off the beaten path of the busy street, so it's nice and quiet! Cool chill mood play list!
