On the PCH stretch of my cross-country road trip from New York to Seattle to Southern California, I noticed a metallic rattle and grinding sound coming from the front suspension of my 2011 E92 328i. Brought it in out of fear of being stranded on the desolate stretches of AZ and UT on the return. Turns out it was just a loose exhaust, and Bash Autoworx had me back on the road in no time. They didn't even charge me. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to bring my BMW or Porsche here for service or repairs in the future.
Hratch and his team took care of my treasured Porsche 993 Carrera 4S. I was able to watch Hratch service the vehicle with care as if the vehicle were his own treasure. He knows Porsches and it shows. Work was completed on time & at a reasonable price. He pointed out some things on my car as well as answered my questions & provided advice. I highly recommend his shop for anyone who is looking for expertise in Porsches.
Recently bought my dream car, a 2015 991.1 Turbo S.
I actually wanted the whole car looked over after purchase (though if the deal had permitted I was going to do a Pre-Purchase with them but didn't have time), as well as changing out the brakes.
I took the car to the experts at Bas and the owner Hratch and I had a chat and turns out my usual tire guy and him knew each other very well and had nothing but great things to say about each other. Felt at ease and knew based on his prelim check of the car that my baby was in good hands.
Took the car in for the brake change today and they handled it quickly and efficiently and at a great price.
It's nice knowing that there is a fantastic, knowledgeable, trust-worthy shop that is local and not out an hour+ out. Will be taking my Porsche here till I sell it and now that I know they also do BMWs, will be taking my wife's car here as well.
Thanks guys!
I can’t compliment them enough. Really wanted to get my headers installed for the weekend. Even though it was last minute Hratch was able to squeeze me in. He even gave me his personal car to take home so that I don’t have to wait. He finished it faster than he promised. My oil level light came on and he topped it off for me for free. Now my car sounds amazing with more power. Had 2 friends with a GT3 and 718 Spyder book an appointment today for ECU tune, rotors, brakes, and Soul race exhaust installation. This is the shop to go to. Knowledgeable, great service, and fair price.
Clearly, I can appreciate how a customer may have had a particular issue with a service or whatever the mindset. To be blunt, the service I received, (plus all the other customer’s that cared to post a review), from Bash is Top-Tier! In fact, the owner, Hatch (I don’t know how to spell his name), is seriously experienced with Porsche cars. Basically, he’s very cost conscience, professional, polite, timely and equally important during these times - practices protection from COVID-19. I’m extremely satisfied with the care my Porsche’s (in the picture) 911 S convertible W/red top and (not in the picture) Cayenne Turbo S receive from Bash! Excellent work Hatch…
