When you find yourself in need of in-home care, Assured is certainly the company to call. Both of my aging parents were in need of assistance at home so we reached out to Assured for help. Assured is responsive, prompt, and 100% accommodating of our needs. Carla has a way with clients that makes them totally at ease and comfortable with the process and is very in tune with her clients to know which caregivers are the “best fit”. Thank you to Assured, Carla and her staff for all your kindness and dedication to your clients.
This company certainly lives up to its name!! Before going to a board and care, I used Assured InHome Care for my mother. They were very accommodating. My mom can be very picky but Assured always managed to provide a caregiver that she liked. The company also was 100% responsive, even when I needed a caregiver last minute! Carla and her staff are very sensitive to your needs and do whatever they can to make you and your loved one happy. They definitely deserve 5 stars for being a company that gives 5-star customer service.
The caregivers from Assured InHome Care who took care of my mom were wonderful! My family and I were blessed indeed to have such nice caregivers. We also found Carla and her staff (a special shout-out to Casey) to be great to work with; they were so kind and helpful.
My mom likes her caregiver and driver Melinda a lot! My mom is blind and does not trust a lot of people. Melinda has been wonderful! She explains every little thing to my mom prior to doing it and even counts the money out for her at the store. She has also helped organize her house and enjoys taking her on long walks to the beach. My mom enjoys the daily walks. Thank you Assured for finding such a kind, caring and patient caregiver for my mom!

My mom Shirley who is 93 years old, was visiting from up state New York and used Assured's services. Our caregiver, Marie was so nice to my mom. She took her shopping to the mall and kept her really busy. I was even able to work while she was with Marie.
Carla and her team were equally impressive and kind. Her assessment was really helpful and we followed her safety tips.
