Because he didn’t try to take advantage of me. Was available when other plumbers when I had a backup emergency, came and put his best foot forward. I will be using him for all my plumbing services.

(February 16, 2022, 2:31 am)I would 100% recommend working with Ray. I had a leaky pipe in my downstairs bathroom and was also struggling to have my gas dryer installed. Ray found time for me (at night on his weekend) to come over and take a look. He explained the issue and what needed to be one in a straight forward and honest manner (with no fluff). His pricing was reasonable and we got the job done! Despite it being a late night job, he was great in explaining each step of his repair to me (if I asked). Overall, just a great experience. Very knowledgeable, personable, and amazing customer service. I'm looking forward to the next job.
