  Great experience. Our sales person, Rich, was tremendously helpful throughout the buying process. He even helped out with delivery which was awesome. The rest of the staff were great as well!

  My husband and I wanted to upgrade our travel trailer to something bigger. I made an appointment and we were promptly greeted by Carlos. I had a pretty long list of must-haves and Carlos listened to every word and showed us a lot of options so we could make an informed decision. We narrowed the trailer down quickly and before you know it, we were getting a fair price for our trade-in. The paperwork, run-through and attention to detail during the scheduled pickup of our new trailer went smoothly and quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. No hard-sell tactics, no games, just 100% fantastic customer service from everyone at Giant RV in Downey.

  It is an amazing dealership. Huge inside showroom plus tons of RVs and trailers outside. The people that work there were very friendly and helpful!

  Purchased a trailer at the Pomona RV show. We drove 3 hours to pick up on a Sunday (our only availability). Everyone at the dealership was fantastic. The service and satisfaction with this dealership is exceptional.
