When I had the accident I did not know what to do. I did not call the same day because it was already late the next day I called and spoke to agent Joe. I was very nervous but he told me not worry we going to take care of everything. The same day they picked up the car from my house. They give me a rental car. They took care of everything and I did not have to worry about nothing. I totally recommend John Taormina - State Farm Insurance.
Reasonable. I had two claims on my previous State Farm account from Texas and moved back. The rates were high but when the claims expired they steadily decreased. Great customer service and all my concerns are answered in a timely manner.
