  We first met Aida at an open house on one of her listings. The house was too small for us but she quickly found us just the right one. She was honest and straight forward and we are 100% happy with her service and professionalism, she never hurried us like the previous Realtor we had. What impressed us as well is how hardworking she is and was always available to answered our questions. She really went that extra mile to get the job done. That was back in 2004.
  
  Fast forward to 2016, when we were trying to buy an investment property from the owner we insisted that Aida handle the transaction because we didn't really know if the seller was going to be honest with us. He was really reluctant and did not want to use a Realtor because he had had really bad experiences with Realtors in the past and he didn't want to deal with them. I even offered to pay Aida's commission but he just didn't want to deal with Realtors...and so we reluctantly accepted to open escrow on our own.
  
  We were in Escrow for over a year and we couldn't get the transaction closed, it was one thing after another and the seller just didn't' know how to handle the details and problems that came up, and so I finally put my foot down and I insisted that he meet with Aida. He met with her and was very impressed so much that he hired her to be our Realtor--she closed our transaction in 3 weeks. I knew that Aida would not let us down, I will never open another open escrow without Aida--she is our Realtor for Life.

  Aida has been very helpful and I think she is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, more specifically with short sales, trust and probate sales. When we needed to probate my fathers estate, she was our Realtor. She did a wonderful job, and I wholeheartedly recommend her. I have also recommended her to my friends who needed to short sale their home in Los Angeles County; she was able to successfully close their short sale after their previous agent quit on them.
