  I was a first time buyer at a jewelry store and was pretty shy not knowing exactly what i was looking for. But thanks to Celia for her great personality, she helped me out and made me feel comfortable on what to look for. She then introduced me to Shaun who also helped me decide on what to get. Both had great customer service. I enjoyed my experience here. Definitely would recommend this place everyone even first time buyers like myself.

  My whole experience at this store was absolutely amazing from the time I walked in, to the time they closed my sale. I never go to a jewelry store by myself because I feel intimidated especially when you don’t have an intention of buying. Celia one of the Sales Consultant made me feel so special and welcome me to the store with her pleasant smile and great personality. When I started trying stuff on, Celia took the time to find something that I may like and when I finally found the necklace that I wanted, Celia got her Store Manager Shaun to assist her in finding a diamond earrings to match it. I will definitely recommend Samuels Jewelers to all my friends and definitely my home for more of my jewelries. Thank you Celia and Shaun for the wonderful experience at your store and the whole staff. Keep up the good work guys!!! And more new business to come...

  AMAZING customer service. Their sales consultant Kim and store manager Shaun were patient, informative, and beyond helpful. During my first visit, they put me at ease by not using high-pressure sales tactics. They answered all of my questions regarding diamond cuts, clarity, color and after my 3rd visit, I was able to pick up the perfect engagement ring. I HIGHLY recommend this store!
