(October 15, 2018, 10:54 pm)Theff!!! I return on Oct 15, 2018 after 10 month oversea and found out my car with 4 tires removed and back axle is sitting on the floor. 2 back tires were stolen. The manager made no effort to report to me when he found out saying that it is against the company policy to contact customer via email. He also told me that the security camera can only go back to 2 months and so there is no need to verify it. He pointed out to me that the company bears no responsibility against any theft even inside the secured compound. The whole thing looks more like an inside job. So nothing is safe!. I am very disappointed.

(September 21, 2018, 12:58 pm)I traveled 4 yrs ago to the Caribbeans and this company has always kept me informed. I was able to pay my bill on line & if needed over the phone. The staff is great and informative. Its clean & safe. Now that I am back in LA I can sincerely say I highly recommend Mt Olive storage.

(July 24, 2018, 4:18 pm)This is absolutely the best storage facility I've ever dealt with, if I could give them 10 stars, I would...I've done repeat business with them for 3 years now, both for MY business and moving/storage needs...they've always made sure they had a certain kind of box that they didn't normally carry on hand for me that I use frequently...I always look forward to going there because it's been a really friendly place to come, even if I'm not in a great mood when I go, they've always made me laugh by the time I leave...always very honest and professional, VERY caring and willing to do whatever needs to be done:):)

(May 30, 2018, 11:50 am)I was not only pleased and impressed by this establishment I had the most efficient and professional experience ever while securing my RV in storage at Mount Olive storage.
On a more personal level these guys were the absolute best. They took an otherwise nightmarish situation and turned it into a dream sounds dramatic but I have had the most challenging time trying to store a d save my vehicle which happens to be everything to me at this very difficult time .
I not only felt like I had been treated kindly but compassionately fairly and most importantly was relieved of a stress full and confused situation . They were able to give me the price i needed and the security to set my mind at ease .
This storage is clean SAFE professional and they make you feel like family . I would recommend them highly . ****** Thanks to J B and the crew at Mount Olive . , L.Davis -
