Sam at Pacific West imports was very helpful, I loved his one price style of dealing with negotiating which he was priced very competitively compared to other dealers around him or even competed with franchise dealer level cars. He has brand new 2021's with 5000-10000 miles with thousands less than other dealers. Also, his financing rates were better than my credit unions which I thought would be impossible. Recently I was in the market for a used car. I found a good deal in San Diego near my house, but I ended up driving to Los Angeles to get my car from Pacific West Imports.

I have bought new and used cars from Lexus, Toyota, BMW, and Volkswagen. I have always worked with large dealerships. I was somewhat cautious to go to a small corner lot, but I am glad I did. The sales agent, Daisy, was very helpful and low pressure. Encouraged me to get the car checked out by a third-party; which I did. They were very open and upfront in the transaction, and it was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had buying a car. Sam is clearly very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back when I need to buy cars for my kids!

Yes, I did have a wow experience. I was searching for a family minivan online, found one my wife and I really wanted. Called them up in the morning, went there, spoke with the owner over the phone, got a good deal, signed the documents, and walked out with the van all in less than 3 hours. It took longer for them to prepare the car and to sign the documents than making the deal and paying for the car. No hassle, straight to the point, no waste of time. Highly recommended.
