Centrelake Imaging - El Monte

No nice welcoming demonstrated no people skills. I came n with my father in a stressful n emotional state which I’m aware is not facilities or employees fault. But that’s where all that Inner action with whom ever walks through ur doors should first begin with n decent greeting. Not asking for anything over the top just sincere n with some kind of understanding. After all we do not know one another’s initial state of mind just by sight. Thanks u for the opportunity to express my thoughts. This has helped me call down a bit.

Part 2 of the visit. Please read till the end. The top portion I wrote in a bit of anger but now after being here from 8:30am till I believe a lil past 11am have a totally different attitude about this facility. All due to the wonder staff, such as X-Ray & Ultrasound or medical assistant that I had the pleasure of interacting with. First I was impressed with the fact that my father would b having multiple test done today & here in this one facility. Caring for a disabled love one with lil if any mobility is not only difficult but very stressful. But even more so having to do it over n over again on numerous different days. So u see why im very grateful. Also the effort they demonstrated n how they went out of there way to accommodate my disabled fathers needs as well as my own. It’s not very often people do more than they need or are expected to do. & when they do & it’s for u it leaves a good impression. It’s been a long morning but I’m left with nothing but a smile on my face & glade we stuck it out till the end. If any one need any of this type of medical services this is the place. Once again thank u for allowing me to speak my mind. Oh n one more thing. It’s a bonus if ur lucky to meat the manager. Eileen. 👍🏻👍🏻my kind of people.

Went in for appointment with my aunt and handled all paperwork with Loretta at from desk. May I say she was kind, knowledgeable about listened well.

We felt comfortable and in good hands. A great facility to get an X-ray or an MRI if you need one.
Clean and inviting with plenty of parking in the rear lot.
Main entrance is off the rear. When you get there ask for Loretta and tell her “ have mercy” And she will set you up!!

I had the best customer service in this facility. Eileen-Supervisor and Lorena-front desk went above and beyond my expectations. I went to one of your other facilities and they were unable to help me. I came here and they did their best to take care of me on 8/4 but they had no xray te h available. They went as far as call another facility to accommodate me. With x-rays ends at 430. They confirmed with their tech coming in on 8/7. Very much appreciated their time and service. Great team work and service so happy

Excellent customer service!! From the front desk with Lorena & Mercy to my ultrasound technician Marissa, they were AMAZING! so professional, so kind, the office was so clean and organized, my experience was great, I would definitely recommend.

I’m always grateful to have reasons to leave a positive review online, especially for a medical office. My X-ray tech Evan was friendly and supportive as I had my bone scan- which was so quick and easy. There was a super short wait time, good music playing in the lobby, and easy parking in the lot.
Also, when I visited a couple weeks later to get a copy of results from another Centrelake location, the supervisor Eileen G was extremely polite and helpful getting me what I needed.
Medical procedures can be nerve-wracking but it’s much better when the people are like this staff!
