Very Professional. Is a Job. But They are a Persons Still. They Wait for me. From Long Beach, CA. To South El Monte. 30 minutes Road. I glad I made it. They not wait for me I was there before Close. But was not a Appoiment Need it.
Picked up my daughters car today. Happy to report all items were bagged up in the car. Staff was thorough and professional.
Car repossession is a stressful event, and I think people end up having a bad experience because of the emotions involved, not neccesarily the fault of the staff.
