MULAN FLOOR

I do home renovation projects myself. Mulan gave great products and great price. I bought a 30mil anti-scratch film Luxury Vinyl 8mm plank. It is great quality. My dogs run on top of it and no scratch at all. It is rigid core with pads at the bottom. I used to buy Costco’s flooring. It is great products but very limited color. I bought a 20mil plank from Costco for last project and it cost me the same. Besides, Mulan’s shipping cost is reasonable. I also returned the left over boxes. No issue. Highly recommended.

Love my new floor. Kevin and his team are amazing. He is patient and will answer any questions never regret my decision to purchase my floor here. The warehouse has wide selection of laminate and engineered wood floor with numerous brands.

After visiting many places to look for LVPs for my home renovation, Mulan Floor had the color I wanted at the price point I needed. Kevin was very helpful and informative when it came to figuring out which one I wanted. I already had my own contractors to do the work, so he was nice enough to lend me a sample of the floor so I could see how it would look in my home.

Once I figured out what I wanted, he helped me place the order over the phone and also helped me figure out how many baseboards I also needed. I appreciated the easy process when it came time to place my order and figure out delivery.

They were also accommodating with my delivery date, since I had to change it a couple times because the renovations took longer than expected. They delivered it on time and everything looked great.

We ran into a couple problems with the floors and Kevin was very helpful in his advice. I really like that they follow through to make sure we’re happy with our purchase. I definitely recommend them for any flooring projects.

We were referred to Mulan Floor by a friend of ours who had recently remodeled their home and we were impressed at the quality of work. We stopped by their warehouse and picked out a couple samples. Kevin and Eric were very helpful when deciding between a few finalists. Our family had a couple of conflicts, but the Mulan team was more than accommodating to our schedule. We were quoted 3 days for the install and the team (big shoutout to Jimmy and William!) finished in 2 days and a couple hours on the 3rd day for final touches. Excellent workmanship, tough floors, reasonable prices.

I am impressed with the huge selection at Mulan Floor. There were so many choices in the showroom. I also appreciated how you can choose a couple of floor samples and Kevin will bring them to your home to see how it would look with your existing lighting, wall colors, etc. Kevin is also very responsive to phone calls and emails. Definitely recommend!
