I had an emergency clogged on Sat evening, called the emergency line, the guy showed up in less than 20 minutes and got the job done.

I came to see a unit that was available to rent and was told no one had submitted an application so filled out all the paperwork and provided our income and everything…only to be told right as we were about to finalize the application that my out of state ID wasn’t acceptable. They had taken my ID to view the apartment and had said nothing about needing a California ID, and the application also only asked for a state ID and did not specify California. This was very frustrating as we thought we had found the perfect apartment. The woman was also very dismissive and couldn’t be bothered to let us know before we had prepared everything. HUGE waste of time and very disappointing.
For the most part I have had great experience with Moller. There maintenance professionals are very good, friendly and hard working. Their office professionals are helpful and knowledgeable. I have been very impressed with the work they have done and the problems they have fixed in my apartment. They are efficient, respectful and complete work in a timely manner. They seem to truly care. My only gripe was that I had to wait for an AC fix for a longer period of time than I would have liked. However, once Moller had the new AC system in hand, they replaced the next day. The wait was actually worth it, because my apartment now has a brand new, much better, AC!
