I love working out here! It’s a great option for people who like to work out, but aren’t really sure what they should be doing. It’s also great for holding yourself accountable. This is the first exercise program I’ve been able to stick with consistently.

At OTF Albany everyone is always friendly and the workouts are fulfilling. The coaches and staff are thoughtful and ask how you’re doing. I’d recommend joining to a friend without any hesitation.

I joined OTF back in 2018 and it was the BEST decision I've ever made! Coach Tara was my coach for the first class and it was her motivation that kept me coming back (and of course trying to take all her classes when I could) ALL the coaches are amazing (special shoutout to Coach Sav, Tara & Christine) - they are encouraging, motivating and super helpful. The workouts are challenging but fun and for everyone! The music is always on point, which creates high energy and motivates you to push yourself and do your best. I've met some great people over the years that I've become friends with and I am always looking forward to the next class! I encourage everyone to come check it out - I promise you, you will not be disappointed! The front staff (Julia & team) is just as welcoming and amazing as the coaches!

OTF Albany has made me love to workout! The coaches and staff help hold me accountable to make sure I am in for my workout a few times a week. Coaches Tara and Savannah have helped me reach my goals and push me to achieve my new goals. Studio staff (Julia/Mianna) is great and always friendly and welcoming!

I was nervous returning after a 2 year break from OTF but Tara made it easy and comfortable. It was like I had never left. The great coaches, motivation, accountability, cleanliness and friendly, caring staff are why I couldn't wait to return! So happy to be back!

They can quickly identify the problem and fixed it in a short period of time. That's what they did in my laptop. My system is running fast without any log and hanging up. Wondrous experienced.
