I liked that I was able to browse around without being followed around by a salesperson, although I can see how some people might mistake that as poor customer service. I visited 4 times before purchasing and I never felt pressured to buy. One star off because they do not deliver (may or may not be important to you based on your job size), although they were nice enough to try to help me coordinate with a 3rd party. Also I have to say that one employee in particular was a bit curt with me on a couple occasions but I understand that time is a factor and we are all busy people.”
