  Last night was my third visit. My first to get a new pair of glasses. The guy who initially helped me out was friendly and helped me make the right choice by telling me how to choose the right fit. It was a great experience. Second visit wasn’t as amazing as I went to get my frames adjusted. The guy who helped didn’t seem eager to assist and just casually adjusted my paid. I didn’t feel confident with my purchase after my second visit and didn’t think it was such a great experience. I decided to give them one more shot since my gf needed her frames adjusted. Tricia was AMAZING! She diagnosed my issue unlike the second guy and made adjustments which resulted in a perfect fit. She took the time to have me try on my glasses and check how they fit on my head before actually making any adjustments which was not done during my first adjustment. Tricia made my visit an exceptional visit and I will, due to her help, continue to visit this location.

  Tricia did an amazing job adjusting my Warby Parker glasses. Finally someone gets it right! I had been dealing with an annoying fit for a while.

  Yay! A warby Parker in the South Bay! Being a frequent visitor of the Minneapolis location, I am so happy they have one in my new home. Great customer service here just like in every other location. Can't say enough about how awesome WP is ????

  This new store just opened at The Point. I went to check it out on their grand opening day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses, just like their other stores. I've only been to the Abbott Kinney one. This one is about the same size. Very glad there's a WB store now in the South Bay.
