    Ken at Karma Carpet delivered exactly as promised! The pricing is communicated before he arrives so there's no funny business (last minute price changes/up-charging) once he confirms the amount of rooms/staircases/hallways you're all set. He is clearly busy but worked with my schedule and I was able to get my entire townhouse professionally cleaned and rent-ready the next day.

    Karma Carpet cleaning just cleaned my house and did a fantastic job! They Were here on time, they texted me when they were on their way, the gave me the price that they quoted over the phone, the carpets look amazing and they dried in 1 hour. Highly recommend
